Order Cancellations

Orders placed online with the instant delivery option have to be canceled via phone within 15 minutes from when the order will be placed. For orders placed with other shipping options, cancellation needs to be confirmed before the order status shows 'processed' on your user dashboard. OilCo Bangladesh reserves the right to deny any cancellations that are deemed tardy.
