Refund Policy

If your product is eligible for a refund, your refund method should be based on the table below depending on your Initial Payment Method. The shipping fee is not refundable along with the amount paid for your returned product.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the purchase method you have selected. Once we have received your product and it has undergone a quality control (2 working days maximum), the expected refund processing times are as follows:

bKash / Internet Banking Bank Deposit / Mobile Payment Reversal: 7 working days, bKash 1 working day

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO CERTAIN PRODUCTS:

A. Mobil products supplied by MJL or any other Brand products which contain a QR code (Open type) scanning option on the bottle or packaging.

B. Tires manufactured by any Brand.

C. Electric/Electronic products which can get easily damaged by voltage fluctuation ( Horn, Bulb, Ignition coil, Spark Plugs, Sensors etc).

D. Products which have Sprayer or any sort of Aerosol dispensing ability.
